Reporting to the Managing Director, the IT & Security Manager leads FESCO’s technology and security agenda—owning strategy, governance, operational investments, talent management, and day-to-day service delivery covering the domains of: IT Infrastructure & Operations, IT Applications & Data Analytics, and Security Operations inclusive of Physical Security, Cyber Security and Data Protection. The IT & Security Manager ensures the availability and reliability of systems and proactively defends the company's information assets against threats. The ideal candidate demonstrates strategic thinking and possesses comprehensive technical proficiency in IT management and information security best practices. This individual is responsible for supporting business growth, safeguarding personnel and assets, and enhancing both cost efficiency and business performance.
